How do I know if I need a Virtual Server?

If you have a rapidly growing website or application that shared hosting doesn't seem be able to keep up with, looking into a Virtual Server may be your best option. The server’s resources are exclusive to you, resulting in much more powerful performance in an isolated server environment.

Is this a managed service?

Not as such. Though we’ll never throw you out to the wolves, and will always be happy to provide the best guidance and advice possible for running a server effectively.

What if I need additional IP address?

Your shiny new virtual server comes with a single IPv4 IP address and a single IPv6 IP address by default, but for a few dollars more a month you can add more (with appropriate justification, of course). Contact us for more info.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal and BPAY payments. You can also select your most preferred billing cycle too! Choose to pay every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

You won’t lock me into a contract will you?

Don’t be silly. All of our hosting plans are a pay-as-you-go service, so you only need to cancel it when you no longer need it, and we’ll leave you alone and stop the billing instantly.

Do you accept International customers?

At the moment we’re only able to accept orders from those with Australian and New Zealand addresses, but we’re hoping to open up to the International market soon!

Still have questions?
