I've forgotten my email password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your email password it’s quite easy to have it reset; please follow these instructions.

    1. Login to your MyZuver account.
      You can do this by navigating to ‘My Services’ >> ‘Hosting’ and then by clicking the ‘cPanel’ login button.
    2. When you’ve logged into cPanel, you’ll then want to click on the Email Accounts icon on your cPanel home screen.
    3. From there, click on the ‘Password and Authentication’ button next to the email account.
    4. You’ve now changed the password for your email account, and this is effectively immediately.

Please keep in mind that if you are using any sort of mail software, changing the password will require you to re-authenticate the email account using that new password.

We can only assist with changing the password for email addresses hosted with us, so any external email addresses must be updated with their email provider.
