How to update contact information on a .UK domain

In order to update contact information on your domain(s) it needs to be done from an account directly with the registry responsible rather than via our domain management interface.

For domain extensions such as .UK, the responsible registry would be Nominet.

You will need to create an account with them using the email address you’ve provided for the domain as part of your registration.

Once you verify your email address you’ll be able to login and manage any domains linked to that address along with submitting contact information updates.

If you have not yet made an account you can navigate here and select “First time logging in or forgotten your password?

You’ll jus need to supply your email address in the first prompt given and click ‘Submit’.

It should then send you a password you can use to login to the system and manage your domain name.

If you no longer have access to the email used to register your domain then please contact with your domain name and we’ll assist further.
