Using the search boxes above, enter your preferred name and select any of the extensions you wish to check. If your preferred name is available, you will be able to proceed, otherwise, you may need to choose a new name.
Select the domain names you wish to purchase and add them to the cart. Do you need web hosting with that? If so, you can add it now, otherwise continue through and complete the form. Once payment has been made it will be submitted and it takes just a couple of minutes for the magic to happen.
Once you have received a confirmation email that your domain name has been successfully registered, and you have verified that through viewing a public WHOIS server, you can begin telling the world about your new domain name. It's always a good idea to double check this first as sometimes technical gremlins can cause issues.
Before you can submit the transfer request for your domain name, you need to have the current EPP password. You should have received this when you first purchased the domain name, but if you didn't, simply contact your current provider and ask to obtain it.
Once you have submitted the order for your domain name transfer, you will need to approve it. To do this, you will need access to the email address that is stored in the WHOIS database for your domain name. If you do not have access to this email address, please contact your current provider for further assistance.
When you have successfully approved the domain transfer you may need to wait up to 7 days for the transfer to complete. During this time your domain name will continue to work as-is, but you will not be able to make any changes to it. Some extensions can be manually approved for outbound transfer without waiting by contacting your current provider.
Login to MyZuver and head to the Domain Names section. If you are having trouble logging in to MyZuver, please send an email to recovery@zuver.net.au for further assistance.
The domain name that you wish to renew will appear in the list of names you have with us. Note that some domain names cannot be renewed until they reach a certain time before expiry, while others can be renewed at any time for up to 10 years in advance.
Once you have submitted the renewal request you will need to pay the invoice that is generated. Once paid, we recommend you verify that the renewal has been proceeded by checking the WHOIS database for the domain expiry date. If you're unsure, please contact our team who will be happy to assist.
